How can I improve my health is the first question that comes to my head. I have been in some real serious trouble with my health but have somehow managed to stay alive. Last thing to really hit me was my bout with UC. That came to an end after my last operation where it was all removed .I ended up with no more left of my large intestine but at least I’m clear of the bed and function well enough to be able to work. I have periods where I feel very weak but they usually don’t last very long. I have a fairly good food intake but I have to be careful with what and how much I eat.
So where do I go from here? I would like to loose weight around my waist but that seem to be hard but I’m working on it though. Going for walks every night does give a bit of workout and have given me enough strength to work and get through my day.
It has never dawned on me before now, there are many people that have UC and don’t know that they have it. They think that it might be loose bowels or another uncomfortable symptom. It can also be people that are shy and don’t want to talk about this kind of stuff with other people..
If you have symptoms from you digestive track, see your doctor. This is nothing to take lightly as your life might depend on it.
