Just st start it off and say that I’m doing fine at the moment.
It is simply a matter of doing the right thing – like the doctor prescribed.  I like to say that we will be discussing various health issues and I hope I will get a couple of guy’s to do some posting about their situations also. Our bodies area fragile thing and doing some prevention could make for a better future don’t you think?
